Live AI workshop for teams

Your team.
Your work.
Live.

Not a webinar. Not a prompt library. We put your team in a room with their own workflows and work through them live, until something that used to take an afternoon takes ten minutes.

Questions

Live AI workshops, answered.

What is a live AI workshop for teams?

A facilitated working session where your team uses AI on their own tasks, live, with us in the room. No slideware, no generic prompt lists — your workflows, your tools, your data.

How long is the workshop and how many people?

The one-hour AI Lunch & Learn runs 10–50 people at $1,500. The four-hour AI Working Session runs 8–25 people at $11,000. The full-day AI Implementation Day runs 6–20 at $16,000.

Is it technical?

No. It is written for operators, not engineers. If someone on your team can use a spreadsheet and a browser, they can keep up.

Can you run it remotely?

We run in person by default because that is what makes the build happen. Remote is possible for the lunch and learn format.

What do teams leave with?

Wins they can use that afternoon, a clear answer on which tool for which job, and one concrete next move with a name attached to it.

Next step

Get your team in a room and fix something.

Twenty minutes on a call. You tell us what's eating the week, we tell you which workshop format fits — or that none of them do.
