AI consulting · Calgary · Alberta

AI consulting services,
built in the room.

AI strategy, business process automation and internal tools for Calgary businesses — delivered live, in your environment, with your team in the room. No discovery phase, no retainer, no 60-page recommendation you have to implement yourself.

What we do

Four services.
All of them ship.

AI strategy

Where AI actually pays in your business, scored against effort, procurement reality and the tools you already licence. You get a ranked list, named owners and a 90-day roadmap — decided in the room, not mailed a week later.

Business process automation

Reporting, intake, documentation, approvals. We take the repetitive path a task travels through your business and automate the parts that don't need a human, using the systems you already run on.

Internal AI tools

Working tools inside your environment — SharePoint, Microsoft 365, your CRM. Assessments, policy generation, build-or-buy analysis, agents that produce a real deliverable on a schedule.

Team enablement

Your people trained on the workflows they run every week, not on generic prompt theory. The output is a team that keeps shipping after we leave.

Sectors

Where we've already shipped.

Two sectors carry most of our work in Alberta, because both run on reporting cycles and approval chains — the exact places AI earns its keep.

01

Energy and pipeline operators

Built and deployed an interactive strategy tracker inside a pipeline company's SharePoint intranet — live status against strategic objectives, maintained where the team already works instead of in a monthly deck. Typical work here: turnaround and compliance reporting, document review, safety and incident summaries, handover packages that currently take a week of someone's time.

02

Professional services

Built an internal tool workspace covering readiness assessments, policy generation and build-or-buy analysis. Typical work here: proposal and scope drafting, client intake, engagement documentation, research synthesis, and the recurring reports partners write by hand every Friday.

03

Creative agencies

An autonomous competitive-intelligence agent that delivers a brief to the client team every Monday morning, unattended. Typical work here: pitch research, campaign reporting, asset versioning and the status updates nobody wants to write.

Engagements

Three ways to start.

AI Lunch & Learn · $1,500

Sixty minutes, 10–50 people. Your team sees what's real, on your workflows. The cheapest way to find out whether there's anything here for you.

AI Working Session · $11,000

Half a day, 8–25 people. We pick real processes and rebuild them together. Also available as a live AI workshop for teams.

AI Implementation Day · $16,000

A full day, 6–20 people including leadership, ending with something running. See the AI implementation day in Calgary.

Travel within Alberta is included — Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Red Deer, Edmonton. One invoice per engagement, no retainer. Compare all three rooms on the Vibe or Die overview.

Questions

AI consulting, answered.

What do your AI consulting services include?

AI strategy, business process automation, internal AI tools and team enablement. Every engagement is delivered live with your team, in your environment, and ends with something working rather than a recommendation document.

How is this different from traditional AI consulting?

Traditional AI consulting sells discovery, analysis and a roadmap you implement yourself. We build in the room. You leave the session with a working artifact, named owners and a 90-day plan, and there is no retainer attached to it.

What does AI consulting cost in Calgary?

An AI Lunch and Learn is $1,500 for 60 minutes, an AI Working Session is $11,000 for a half day, and an AI Implementation Day is $16,000 for a full day. Travel within Alberta is included and each engagement is a single invoice.

Which industries do you work with?

Mostly energy and pipeline operators, professional services firms and creative agencies. Shipped work includes a strategy tracker deployed inside a pipeline company's SharePoint intranet, an internal tool workspace for assessments and policy generation, and an autonomous competitive-intelligence agent that delivers a weekly brief.

Can you help with business process automation specifically?

Yes. Reporting, intake, documentation and approvals are the usual starting points. We map where time leaks, score the opportunities against your constraints, then automate the highest-value one using the systems and licences you already have.

Do you serve businesses outside Calgary?

We are Calgary-based and travel within Alberta is included, covering Airdrie, Okotoks, Red Deer and Edmonton. Anywhere further, we quote travel separately on the intro call.

Next step

Tell us what's eating the week.

Twenty minutes on a call. We'll tell you where we'd start, what it would take, and which engagement fits — even if the honest answer is none of them.
