LIVE AI EVENTS

Get your
week back.

Stop talking about AI.
Start running on it.

We come to you. One room, your team, your real workflows on the wall. We find the work that's eating everyone's time — and we don't leave until some of it is running without them.

What this actually is

A live event.
Inside your business.
On your real work.

Vibe or Die is a series of live, in-person AI sessions run by HeyQ. We come to your office, put your actual workflows on the wall, and work with your team to find where the time is going — then turn the best opportunities into something that runs.

NotA webinar your team half-watches with email open
NotA recorded course nobody finishes
NotA strategy deck that gets filed and forgotten
It isA working session that ends with something built

Let's be honest

You already know
where the time goes.

Nobody needs another webinar explaining what a large language model is. You've got a business to run. You just want the stupid parts of the week to stop being your problem.

Six AI subscriptions. Six different ways of using them.

$/month, wasted

That's not an AI problem. That's a Tuesday.

How we judge every idea

Three things.
Everything else is noise.

Every workflow we touch has to move at least one of these. If it doesn't, it doesn't get built — no matter how good the demo looks.

01

Efficiencies · Time back

Kill repetitive work and give people hours back.

02

Excellence · Better work

Make the output faster, clearer, more consistent and easier to hand off.

03

Effort · More value

Lower cost. Increase capacity. Improve customer experience. Create room for growth.

If an AI idea does none of those things, we don't care how cool it is. That's Vibe or Die.

Why us

We've sat in
your chair.

Vibe or Die is run by Quincy Harriman — twenty years in brand and creative direction, plus executive leadership across operations, HR and strategic planning. Which means the room isn't run by an AI guy hunting for places to put AI. It's run by someone who has owned a P&L, managed the team, and sat through the meeting where everyone agrees to fix the process and then nobody does.

01

We don't sell AI

Sometimes the answer is automation. Sometimes it's a tool you already pay for. Sometimes it's a broken process, and no software fixes that. Sometimes it'sdo nothing yet — and we'll say so.

02

We build, not just advise

HeyQ ships real systems — intranet tools, reporting agents, custom internal apps. The recommendations come from someone who has to make them work afterward.

03

We're local

Calgary. Most of Alberta is a drive, not a flight. You get a person in the room, not a login and a course library.

20+ yrs

150+
Brands and organizations served — enterprise energy through to churches and startups.
In person
Calgary-based. Every session is live, in your building, with your team in the room.

“If it doesn't save time, improve the work, or make more money — we don't care how clever it is.”The rule every recommendation has to pass

How this works

Three steps.
That's the whole thing.

01

Book a call

Twenty minutes. You tell us what's driving the team crazy. We tell you whether we can help and which room you actually need — including "none of them," if that's the answer.

02

Answer a few questions

A short readiness questionnaire so we build the session around your workflows and your tools — not a stock curriculum.

03

Pick your date and room

An hour over lunch, half a day with the team, or a full day with leadership. Get the right people in the room and we handle the rest.

Then you leave with it running — not with notes about it.

Pick your room

Start small.
Or start serious.

Both end the same way — with something different happening on Monday.

AI Lunch & Learn

$1,500
60 minutes · 10–50 people · you provide lunch
Get the room unstuck.

Your team already has the tools. Most of them are using 5% of what they're paying for. One hour, live, on the work they actually do.

  • Wins they can use that same afternoon
  • Which tool for which job, in plain language
  • One next move, not a reading list

AI Working Session

$11,000
4 hours · 8–25 people · your workflows
Find the work worth fixing.

Bring the team and the messy processes. We map where the time is leaking, rank what's worth attacking, and leave with a plan that has names on it.

  • Your opportunities scored by value and effort
  • Decisions on what to use, build, fix or drop
  • An action plan with owners attached

03 · Transform

AI Implementation Day

$16,000
6.5 hours · 6–20 people · leadership + leads
Walk out with it built.

Leadership and the people who actually do the work. One room, one day. We map the business, score what matters, and build one of your top opportunities live.

  • A working prototype — built in your environment, that day
  • Priorities, owners and measurable outcomes
  • Guardrails for the team and a 90-day roadmap

Travel within Alberta included. Every engagement starts with the same 20-minute call — we'd rather turn you down early than take a booking that won't work. More detail on the AI implementation day in Calgary or the live AI workshop for teams.

What changes

Same team.
Different Monday.

Before
  • Friday's report, rebuilt by hand
  • "Who has the latest version?"
  • Six tools, six opinions, no standard
  • New hire to absorb the overflow
  • AI is a thing people mention in meetings
→
After
  • Friday's report writes itself
  • One source, findable in seconds
  • One agreed approach the team shares
  • Capacity you didn't have to hire for
  • AI is a thing that runs while you sleep

Frustrated and behind, to clear and in control.
Nobody gets replaced. Everybody gets their week back.

After the session

The workshop is
only the beginning.

Once the roadmap is clear, we build and deploy the systems that create measurable value. This is the part most AI training doesn't have.

Book the call if
  • Leadership actually wants this, not just curious about it
  • You'll show us how the work really gets done
  • Somebody can say yes in the room
  • You'd change a process, not just buy a tool
  • You want the hours back more than the buzzword
Don't book if
  • You want a keynote and a photo for LinkedIn
  • You're looking for a $99 recorded course
  • Nobody's allowed to change how anything works
  • You need a vendor to blame later

Questions

Answers,
before you ask.

What this costs, who it's for, and how it's different from every AI consulting deck you've already been sent.

What is Vibe or Die?

Live AI events run inside your business. We work with your team on your real workflows, and you leave with something running — not with notes about it. Based in Calgary, powered by HeyQ.

How is this different from AI business consulting?

Most AI consulting ends in a deck and a roadmap. We build in the room. Every session ends with a working artifact, named owners and a next move your team can use the same week.

What does it cost?

AI Lunch & Learn is $1,500 for 60 minutes. AI Working Session is $11,000 for a half day. AI Implementation Day is $16,000 for a full day. Travel within Alberta is included.

Do we need AI tools already in place?

No. Most teams already pay for tools they use about five percent of. We start with what you have, and only recommend new spend when it clearly pays for itself.

Who should be in the room?

The people who do the work and the people who can approve a change. Lunch and learns run 10–50 people, working sessions 8–25, implementation days 6–20 including leadership.

Do you work outside Calgary?

Yes. We are Calgary-based and travel within Alberta is included. Anywhere else, we quote travel separately on the intro call.

How do we start?

Book the 20-minute call. You tell us what is eating the team's time, we tell you whether we can help and which room you need — including none of them, if that is the honest answer.

Your business should run like a machine, not a pile of workarounds. We find where the time and money are leaking and turn it into something that actually works — often with AI, sometimes with automation, sometimes by fixing the process instead.

Twenty minutes on a call. We'll tell you where we'd start, what it'd take, and which room makes sense — even if the honest answer is none of them.
